Dr.Almallah is one of the most competent doctors I have ever met. He is personable, relatable, and his expertise is beyond compare. I was in his competent hands during my surgery. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. I highly recommend him, his staff, office and surgicenter.
Dr. Almallah is wonderful, however appointment times don’t mean much. First follow up after a procedure I had, my appointment time was for 4:00. I walked out at 5:15 without being seen because I had somewhere else I had to be. Appointment was rescheduled for 8:50 on a different day and wasn’t seen until 10:09 (I would have walked out of that one too but they wouldn’t do the procedure on the second eye until I had the follow up on the first eye).
My experience with Dr. Almallah was extremely excellent. He is in my humble opinion the very best. My vision is 20/20 with no problems whatsoever. His entire staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. You could not ask for more.
I cannot give enough praise to the receptionist Bianca at Sight MD. Seriously, ever since I started going here she has been extremely kind and unbelievably helpful. Not only is she incredibly professional and efficient at her job, but she is excellent at communicating things that I don't understand well.
Efficient and compassionate service from the entire team. My recovery was smooth, and the results of the cataract surgery are outstanding. I can see clearly now, and it has made a world of difference in my daily life.
