I would have given 5 stars to the Dr alone, but to be honest, whoever is answering the phones could use some customer service skills. I have made the Dr aware of this on numerous occasions, with no resolve. Sadly, Its a hassle just to make an appointment.
Very personable, explains your situation in detail, offers suggestions to assist with resolution and provides continual followup if surgery is required.
The procedure was seamless from start to finish. The surgeon and staff were incredibly supportive, and my vision has never been better. I am so thankful for the wonderful care I received and the amazing results.
